By migrating to a scalable Single Directory Components (SDC) and Storybook architecture, Rutgers gained a future‑ready, CMS‑agnostic component library powering 80+ sites. The project improved performance, mobile speed, accessibility, and brand consistency across the university’s digital ecosystem. The homepage redesign introduced clearer CTAs, optimized media, refined components, and a more intuitive user experience—transforming a legacy system
